Workshops

ASI’s Youth for Jesus has partnered with It Is Written to train, equip and encourage youth to share their faith to a dying world.  Daily workshops will prepare you to understand your Bible like you never have before.  The exciting principles discussed and tools you will use can be implemented into your personal walk with God, when going door-to-door, when giving Bible studies, and during the evangelistic meetings.  It is our utmost desire that the spark that is lit while you are at YFJ will become a burning flame that you will feel empowered to share with others when you go home. You will find a wealth of practical information from trained evangelists and Bible teachers.  This is a great opportunity for you to spend focused time on growing spiritually.

Community Service

Throughout the month you will be involved in creative ways of serving the community.  Some of the needs we’ve been able to meet in the past include: assembling care packages for mothers in crisis, packaging and delivering gift bags for inmates, town beautification projects for museums and parks, volunteering at a food bank, sharing inspiring literature door-to-door, helping at sanctuaries for abandon animals, putting on youth led health fairs, helping at Your Best Pathway to Health, and much more. Each year is an unique adventure!

Outreach

Outreach is a wonderful opportunity to put into practice the lessons you will learn in the workshops. Bible workers encourage you to lead out in Bible Studies, invite people to the night meetings, seek to find the best ways to meet people where they are, and mentor you in your spiritual growth.

Evangelism

ASI Youth for Jesus conducts simultaneous evangelistic meetings during the month, that you will be a part of.  You will be involved in each component of the program. Pre-selected youth preach the nightly meetings or lead out in nightly Bible Studies and the rest of the youth rotate through registration, greeting, ushering, song service, prayer room, children’s department, special music and health talks. There is no better experience than to see and to be a part of someone giving their heart to Jesus!
